The Pandemic has easily been one of the most challenging times in history. In the Bay Area, a lot of retailers and restaurants were already battling high occupancy cost and low margins. Sadly many businesses have had to shut their doors for good. Despite the times, some businesses have survived and now some are even starting to thrive. We’ve been incredibly fortunate to work with a lot of Landlords that are willing to think outside the box and accommodate our clients creative deal structures. Many of our clients have asked us to go on the hunt for good real estate. It’s bittersweet to see so many places go, but if you’re thinking about expanding there are certainly some great spaces out there.

Pictured here is our friends from 5 Tacos and Beer. We were able to negotiate a lease for a premier space with the City of Walnut Creek. 5 Tacos and Beer is slated to open in the Summer of 2021!

Cole has been a constant joy to be around and has worked incredibly hard for his clients. Long days and late nights haven’t been uncommon. As a result of all the sowing he’s done, he’s managed to close a variety of transactions types including retail, restaurant, office, business, leasing and sales all over the Bay Area this past year.
