Deconstruction is the sustainable alternative to demolition. Our process diverts materials from the waste dump. As well as providing a more affordable source of building materials for future use. There are two parts of deconstruction. The first consists of
reclaiming non-structural components including appliances, doors, windows, and finish or trim materials. Rather than using machines to remove such items, we hand demo these items so that they can see further use in future structures. Structural deconstruction involves dismantling the structural components of a building; removing the entire building down to or including the foundation. This process may involve heavy machinery, however we still salvage everything that gets dismantled.
