The FreeArm® Tube Feeding Assistant gives families a more flexible way to tube feed. It clamps to flat surfaces like bedside and dining tables, as well as rounded bars like those found on many wheelchairs.

Beginning October 28, 2026, Medicare will require additional documentation(opens in new tab) for certain manual and power wheelchairs. If you have an active order with National Seating & Mobility, you may need a mobility evaluation with your doctor before we can continue processing it.​
​
Contact your treating doctor or qualified healthcare provider to:​
​
✅Schedule visit for a mobility evaluation, or confirm whether a recent visit can be used if it occurred within the last six months.​
✅Explain that the visit is needed to document your medical need for a wheelchair ordered through National Seating & Mobility.​
✅Have the completed documentation faxed to your local NSM branch.​
✅Your wheelchair order cannot move forward until NSM receives the required documentation and signed order.​
