For The Frame, 74–75 Lower Baggot Street in Dublin, Csaba, our touchless faucet was specified by Reddy Architecture + Urbanism in PVD Antique Bronze.

The finish brings warmth and refinement to the washroom, while complementing the surrounding materials and becoming part of the overall design language.

The SWAR Multifeed 2 keeps two mirrored wash stations running from one 6 liter soap tank, giving maintenance teams a single, quick refill instead of several. The soap refill indicator does the watching for them, showing a red refill icon on the mirror as levels drop, so soap is topped up before it ever runs dry. Fully touch-free behind the mirror, it suits the high-traffic washrooms where reliability and a clean look both matter.

Stern's Touchless WC Cubicles open on a wave of the hand, with an alternative manual option always there when preferred. It's a fully integrated access system run through proximity sensors, protected by Stern's patent as the only design that works seamlessly either way. An intuitive LED built into the lock shows at a glance whether a cubicle is occupied, so there's no guessing and no rattling of doors.

The executive look comes from floor-to-ceiling installation for full privacy and completely flush fronts with no protruding edges, concealed hinges and clean 42 mm HPL panels available in a range of colors. Every system is made to bespoke sizes to suit the project.

Walk up to the basin and everything works without a single touch. The Extreme CS faucet and its matching soap dispenser are designed to be used together, sitting flush against the wall so the basin area stays open, uncluttered and quick to wipe down.
Both run on concealed IR sensors built into the spout, so there are no buttons or levers to find. The faucet supplies cold or premixed water and offers an IP67 dual power box that runs on a 9V battery or transformer with battery backup, so service carries on even through a power interruption. The soap dispenser uses a gentle peristaltic pump and takes any non-proprietary soap, with adjustable settings to match how busy the space gets.
