Last Friday, we had the pleasure of hosting 18 students from the University of Cincinnati for a facility tour and business discussion as part of their MGMT 1051 Project Strategy (SWOT) course.

From learning about our operations to walking the shop floor and engaging in a lively Q&A session, the students brought tremendous energy, curiosity, and insightful questions. Their eagerness to connect classroom learning with real-world experiences made for an incredibly rewarding visit.

A special thank you to Cory Gamm, Sean Ballinger, Alex Tewes, and Scott Anderson for sharing their expertise, providing valuable insight into our business, and helping make the students' visit both informative and memorable.

Thank you to Nolan Esterman and the University of Cincinnati team for partnering with us. Experiences like these reinforce the importance of creating opportunities for students to explore career paths, gain industry exposure, and build connections with professionals in the field.
