Industrial wood press owners and operators: Do you have damaged heating platens in need of repair? Our highly specialized, European-based welding team can repair your platen much more economically than replacement. We offer specialty welding services all over North America. Machine downtime to perform repairs is scheduled in advance to mitigate interruptions in production and we’re generally on-site no more than three days.

***For context, it is very common for debris and operational mishaps to create dents and dings in the press line heating platens. These imperfections can cause defects in production output. Welding, precision grinding and finishing can eliminate these defects in platens much more cost-effective than platen replacement.***
