We were delighted to have our preliminary plat approval with Summit Land Group mentioned in the Charlotte Business Journal! Charlotte and the surrounding areas are growing at a such rapid rate and we are excited to be a part of designing these upcoming projects.

On Tuesday, the Lancaster County Planning Commission will hold a preliminary plat approval for a project that calls for the development of 281 homes. The homes would be developed on a 152.4-acre site at the intersection of Van Wyck and Griffin roads.
