INSIGNIFICANCE OF MACHINES.
The machines are designed for cutting used metal containers into individual parts, for the purpose of their further use or compact disposal.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF METAL CONTAINERS.
Cutting in machines can produce various types and sizes of containers:
- Welded and rolled steel barrels with corrugations on the body GOST 13950
- Thin-walled steel drums for chemical products GOST 5044
- Containers of another standard or TU (buckets, canisters, tanks, etc.)
- Containers of the Customer's design
Acceptable parameters of containers:
- Metal thickness mm - no more than 2 mm
- Longitudinal, circular seam - welded or rolled
- Presence of corrugations and ridges on the body
- Presence of residues in the container of packaged material, paint and substances of various types, brands, properties.
- Presence of deformation of the container surfaces of varying degrees (dents)
TECHNOLOGICAL OPERATIONS. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MACHINES. Main technological operations:
1. Circular cutting of bottoms
2. Longitudinal cutting of the body (shell)
3. Bending, straightening of the body (shell) - obtaining a preliminary sheet.
Additional technological operations (options):
4. Longitudinal and transverse straightening of the sheet surface finally.
5. Cleaning of surfaces
6. Washing / preservation of surfaces
7. Cutting the sheet to the required size
Variants of machine ex*****on for main operations (at the Customer's request):
- One machine for operations 1,2,3 (one common drive)
- Two machines: one for operation 1 and one for operations 2,3
- Three machines for each operation 1,2,3 (separate drives for each machine)
