Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machining centers. You will be responsible for producing precision components, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting production goals.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machining centers for precision machining

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tolerance and quality standards

Troubleshoot and perform basic machine maintenance

Collaborate with team members to meet production and delivery deadlines

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with CNC operation and turning processes

Strong understanding of machining, measurement tools, and quality control

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance skills

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

CNC certifications or formal training (preferred, not required)

Willing to train the right candidate

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing team. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Center Conway, NH, for a CNC Lathe Machinist. The CNC Lathe Machinist will be responsible for operating CNC lathe machines, performing machining and turning activities, ensuring quality control during production, and maintaining and troubleshooting machinery. The role involves setting up and adjusting machine tools to achieve precise specifications and accurately interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining
Experience in Turning activities
Strong Quality Control skills
Knowledge of and experience with Machinery maintenance
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Relevant certifications or training in CNC operation and machining are a plus
