2ND CASHIERS, CARS AND COFFEE EVENT

Please join Rob Whitney of Cashiers Sotheby's and Jason Levesque of Passion Performance Auto for the first Cashiers, Cars and Coffee event located at the Blue Ridge School in Cashiers, NC.

What: Bring your prized possession or just come by to view some classic, beautiful cars from the Highlands-Cashiers area for a meet and greet event.

When: Saturday, July 6th, 2024 (Rain date July 13)

Where: Blue Ridge School, 95 Bobcat Drive, Cashiers, NC

Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Parking: At the Blue Ridge School parking lot. There will be people on site to help with parking.

It was a beautiful day for a record turnout at the auto event.

Most of the exotic cars featured are Passion Performance past and current customers that have had their cars serviced.

Coming to Highlands NC on June 8-11, 2023.
For over the past decade & a half, I have had the honor, and great pleasure, of creating the paintings for Highlands Motoring Festival poster. The medium and style has varied throughout from digital painting, acrylic, digital & hand hybrids, and finally, for the past few years, watercolors. Watercolor has always been a favorite medium, and passion of mine.
BMW is the featured marque at Saturday’s Cars in the Park this year, so it only seemed right and fitting that 2023’s poster spotlighted what is arguably BMW’s most iconic creation, the 328, aggressively being chased by the Ferrari, and a blower Bentley.
Compositions have also varied but have always featured the unique scenery of Highlands, as much as the cars. Approaching the task this year, it occurred to me that none of my previous paintings has included one of our beautiful bodies of water. Hwy 64, with Lake Sequoyah was an obvious choice of setting. The “road-going” excitement is meant to depict one of the fantastic drives of the Highlands Motoring Festival’s One-Lap events.
The Highlands Motoring Festivals a 501 C3 non-profit, comprised entirely of volunteers, and 100% of our proceeds benefits 3 local human needs charities.
I hope you like the poster, and if so, you can purchase one during the event’s weekend, June 8-11, 2023.

A benefit is planned this weekend for the family of fallen Officer Ryan Hendrix in Etowah, NC.

The cat’s out of the bag, what you’ve heard is true. We are hosting a benefit for the family of Officer Ryan Hendrix.

🔷November 7th starting at 11am

🔷JZM Tire 6518 Brevard Rd. Etowah

🔷There is a $20 entry fee to enter a vehicle in the car show.

🔷Entry to the event itself is FREE

🔷Appalachian Smoke Food Truck will be supplying some yummy bbq 🐷
🔷Music by Twisted Trail Band

🔷Special guests will be here including: The Discovery Channel’s Moonshiners star Josh Owens, TNA wrestler The Natural Chase Stevens, WCW wrestler Rico Valentino

🔷The General Lee will be here along with lead mechanic Tom Sarmento and “Daisy Duke” Jessica Read

🔷This is a benefit event and we ask that no alcoholic drinks and no drugs be brought on any premises where the event or parking for the event is taking place.
