It's original owner/inventor was Ray Silvey. Ray was from Medford OR. He still is well known around those parts, as well as Northern CA. He was also the inventor of Silvey Chain Grinders & Jacks. Also a world champion ax thrower...not to mention a pretty good logger. Needless to say he was what you would call a "manly man". A manly man with 1 son and 6 daughters. Ray was in his 60's when he invented the ClampTite tool.To him it was something for the girls to have later in time, For he had passed the Silvey Grinder bussiness on to his son. In 2002 Ray passed away, left his patent to a daughter who had a idea of her own. Her name is Senora Early. She has always had a deep passion for the water, so why not build a tool strong enough to with stand all the salt water the ocean can bring....she created a marine grade stainless steel tool. In doing so, the tool has unlimited applications. Anywhere around the boat,house,ATV,under the hood,on your farm,on your plane...on your big rig! Anywhere & everywhere, we have seen this tool in action!! In the last few years this company has started to really grow,It's went from a hobby/ vision of Ray's...to a growing business. We have had to expand, but still are family owned & US made. Ray would be proud of what a "couple of girls" as he would say...has done so far with this tool.
