Repair to a cracked semi trailer frame.
Was cracked just behind the stiffener on the main frame, cut and gouged the crack welded it then added an extension to the stiffener and added a secondary stiffener. Shes really stout now!👌

A complete inside rebuild of an asphalt drum we just finished up. Was a very long process. Over 14 tons of steel removed by hand and 16 tons of steel installed by hand including liner plates through 3 sections spanning over 30ft long. Well over 500 lbs of welding rod burned on this project in 8 weeks. Extremely happy how this project turned out!
