LABEAUS UPDATE! 👀
I owe you an apology for not explaining what the LaBeaus project is! Let me make up for it and explain quick what we are doing. If you want to see progress pictures, is keeping us updated!

What’s with the Offshore Name? To keep it easy to distinguish between the Original LaBeau’s kitchen, LaBeau’s Too, and this area, the owners are considering calling it Offshore. ❤️

MY SOUL IS HAPPY ☀️
I get to party with the YW at church and one Sunday we were chit chatting about some of our not so great things and good things about our week. My good was “the sun is shining, and I don’t have a bad because the sun is shining.” 😂
It’s so true, my whole soul comes alive when the sun is out, and all of the pretty flowers are the cherry on top. I was in heaven doing the house plans and rendering for this one. It is such a cute house! I am sure you will be seeing much more on this one soon! 👀🤐

“LUCK DOESN’T CUT STONE, WE DO!”
knows how to party. It was a quick yes to participate in their St Patrick’s day fun. 🍀The team is so fun and their stone is so good! If you have been to any of the parade homes you have seen their stone and craftsmanship. 💪🏻
I love to support businesses and wearing the brands is my favorite. Especially when it is for my friends. thanks for letting me be a part of the fun!

CHASING SUMMER
With every custom plan and rendering that I do, I find myself chasing the summer vibes. Even with this cozy cabin we are doing in Island Park, I couldn’t bring myself to adding winter. 😂
I saw the St. George Parade of homes tickets are ready… and as of this second I am going. Of course to see the amazing homes, but also to chase some warmth. Want to come with me??

2025… THE END OF JUST THE BEGINNING
I saw a reel the other day that had talking about going all in. It went something a little like this…. “If you are going to do it, do it. Don’t just dip a toe. When it is time to go… dive.”
We went for a dive this year my friends. I am happy to say I survived (I think) and we came out on the other side. 😅 There came a certain point this year where I was faced with going all in, or continuing to go the route I have been going. I looked at my #1 supporter, my husband and said I am doing it. 🥹😬🫣(those may have been the emotions on my face as I said it)
I failed 32 times give or take a few, but we crushed some major goals… plus some.
It was for sure a year of growth and it is so fun to see where I started at the beginning of the year compared to where I am today. So much growth and never ending learning. I hope to always have the drive to learn and try the hard things. The want to learn comes easy. Trying the hard things does not.
As always, I owe it all to all of you. I have the best cheering crowd. Most of you have been here since the beginning. Thank you from everything that I am. I hope I make you proud. 🥹
Happy New Year friends. I pray 2026 is the year you have been hoping for. ❤️

POTTY TRAINING + LAUNDRY
I woke up on Thursday and decided we were going to start potty training over the weekend. 😅There were a few accidents because brother and sister were home for fall break and thought moving the potty would be fun. Tessa has been a champ and has figured it out pretty quick! I can tell you that potty training is one of my least favorite things to do as a parent. Am I the only one that thinks that? We have being nakey nailed down, and are now working on wearing un**es. Next is leaving the house… my least favorite.
It is a big laundry day to catch up! In between loads I thought I would share some interior renderings after the 16 parade of homes. How about this laundry room I did for the best clients?? 🥰 They chose all of the materials and had me put it all together so they could make some final decisions. I would say they made some pretty great choices.

No. SIXTEEN - OVERLOOK AT THE RESERVE
The last for me to share is this beaut from . I have a few things that make my heart happy. Bear Lake, a well designed home, and a walkout with a view. I think you can guess that this one has all of these things! Go get a raspberry shake as a reward for making it through Logan canyon and then go check out the three homes on God’s country side of the hill. 😉 it will always be home, even though it is so different than when I grew up. Let’s go!

No. FIFTEEN - THE EDGEWATER
I don’t know how it happened, but somehow we are at the last two houses of the ! The EDGEWATER is stunning! Quickly go check out reel with details of this stunning home. When I did the rendering for this one I had a tough time deciding what side to do the rendering of. Every side of this home is beautiful. The back side is what I ended up choosing because well… this home sits directly on Bear Lake. It felt like the right choice. See you there! We are almost down to one week!
