Today, we are excited and honored to welcome Crafted Kitchen & Market of Clemmons, NC, to our growing retail family! 🥹❤️

As we stretch our territory and plant roots in new communities, we are reminded that growth isn't simply about reaching more places. It's about reaching more people, building meaningful relationships, and creating opportunities to gather around good food.

We are especially grateful for the voices of our supporters. We hear your requests, we value your feedback, and we take great pride in bringing Odessa's a little closer to the communities that have welcomed us so warmly.

To our existing retail partners, thank you for believing in what we're building. To our newest partner, Crafted Kitchen & Market, thank you for opening your doors to us. And to every person who has purchased, shared, recommended, or simply spoken our name in a room we weren't in, you are part of this growth.

We are excited to continue serving you with the same love, intention, and handcrafted goodness that started it all.

Here's to new shelves, new communities, and beautiful relationships built around the table! 🥂✨

NEW! 🎃 CRACKED PUMPKIN PIMENTO CHEESE

This one came to kick pumpkin season into the savory side. 🍂

Real pumpkin. Sharp cheddar. Dark maple. Pimentos. Warm spice. And a generous crack of black pepper that comes through right at the finish.

Creamy. Savory. And a little unexpected.

Try it with crisp apples, seeded crackers, crostini or pretzels, but I’m warning you now… that cracked pepper changes everything.

🍁 Cracked Pumpkin is a seasonal Odessa’s release available exclusively at 1928 Mill House Coffee & Grit and Grace Collective.

Pumpkin season just got a little more interesting. 🧡

This summer gave us more than we ever expected.

Thank you to every single person who prayed for us, waited for us, checked on us and stuck beside Odessa’s while we worked our way through regulations and found our way back to the shelves.

We didn’t return until August… and baby, y’all made up for LOST TIME. 😂💛

But here’s the truth:

We were only scratching the surface with the Chicken Salad Collection.

This week and next, we’ll begin saying goodbye to the full collection as we make room for our traditional flavors and prepare to welcome SOUP SEASON. 🍲🍂

But before the warm season completely slips away…

I thought I’d leave you with a little something.

A tiny tease of what I never got around to introducing this year.

🌽 ELOTE CHICKEN SALAD.

Roasted chicken seasoned with Mexican-inspired spices. Sweet roasted corn. A burst of Cotija. Fresh lime. Tajín. Creamy, smoky, bright, a little tangy… and unmistakably Odessa’s.

She’ll have to wait.

Spring/Summer 2027. ☀️🌽

Ohhhh, we have so much more to show you.

Thank you for giving Odessa’s the chance to keep becoming. 💛

Apparently, there’s a Battle of the Waffles happening. 😂🧇

For anybody who hasn’t been keeping up: popular rapper DaBaby recently opened No Knife Chicken & Waffles in Charlotte, NC, and the internet has had MUCH to say about one particular menu item- a $45 Soulfood Cornbread Waffle!

And, as the internet does, folks have responded by posting their favorite waffle spots, homemade waffles, waffle creations and plenty of opinions about what a waffle should cost. 😂

My friend has officially named the phenomenon “The Battle of the Waffles,” and frankly, we’ve been entertained.

Now, let me say this before we continue: Odessa’s fully supports DaBaby and his business. Charge what you charge, sir. 😂 The people will decide what they’re willing to pay.

HOWEVERRRRR!
If there is a Battle of the Waffles happening in North Carolina, we would be remiss not to submit an entry.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Odessa’s if we didn’t bend the rules a little.

Meet our Tuscan Basil Chicken Salad Croffle.
🥐🧇
You can find our entire gourmet selections at our Home Store 1928 Mill House Coffee and Grit and Grace Collective or The Blue’s Farm

We took our own Tuscan Basil Chicken Salad — sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, Parmesan and that creamy finish — added bacon, tucked her inside a buttery croissant and introduced the whole situation to a waffle iron.
Croissant + waffle = croffle.

Respectfully, please count us in🤗

Battle of the Waffles: Odessa’s has entered the chat.
