We asked our 2-year-old to explain the family business.

Sunday morning pancakes. Made in the driveway.

No hot plate. No microwave. Just a real stove, a real kitchen, and two kids who did not care even slightly that it wasn’t the one attached to the house.

This is the part people don’t expect — that a mobile kitchen isn’t a compromise you tolerate for a few weeks. It’s just… a kitchen. Sunday mornings included.

Today, we delivered The Hitched Kitchen for a graduation celebration, giving these hosts a fully functioning second kitchen just steps from the party.

When your home becomes the place where everyone gathers, one kitchen isn’t always enough.

From prep and cooking to cleanup and everything in between, having a dedicated space means everything has a place—and the hosts have the freedom to spend more time with the people they’re celebrating.

Just steps from the celebration, the hosts had an entire second kitchen ready whenever they needed it.

Hi! We’re Nick and Megan.

We started The Hitched Kitchen after realizing there had to be a better way for homeowners to get through kitchen renovations (and now, even large celebrations and special events) without giving up the comforts of home.

We’re excited to bring a completely new concept to Western New York and can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.
