This walk in was freezing up overnight and would turn itself off during the day. The controller was bad and the condenser coil was completely clogged up. She is holding temperature like new again!

This is a very expensive machine! Is was made in Germany and he spent over half a mill on it. It's been running 24/7 for 18 years and is still doing a great job! The bottom of the unit has 3 refrigeration units to cool all of the electronics and one of them stopped working. We were able to use a temporary AC to keep it running while I rewired the controls and fixed the relay. Not replaced, fixed. This compressor hasn't been made for a very long time and they don't use the starting components on anything new. I had to take it apart and fix it. The new units use the same style of relay but this one is single phase, 208v, with only 1 connection that splits into 2 on the other side. It uses a computer board and power that back feeds from common. No start cap or run cap. The only thing that was hard about it was, he had someone else try to fix it and they actually made it worse. Oh, it also took a while to have a translator explain the wiring over the phone but the rest was easy!

To replace it was 5500.00 times 3, 3 units in it. Then whatever the shipping would be from Germany. Then we would've needed to rewire the unit and add a board to control the new 115v units. I was able to fix it for under 1000.00 and it's been running great for 2 weeks today! Now we are going to start replacing all of the old air lines.

Had a work order on the oven. Someone decided to remove the screen over the drain and it took me 2.5 hours to pull it all apart, clean out all of the chicken grease, scraps , and put it all back together. They paid overtime since they use it from 5am until 5pm. It was a costly mistake.

Owner said the last company charged him a lot of money to fix the grill. These connectors are not rated for over 15amps. When they caught fire the store had to close. They lost over 5000.00 in sales because the previous company wanted to save .10 on connectors. We had him up and running in 30 minutes. Give us a call for all your needs.
