Kauffman’s trucking LLC brought in a 22 feet equipment trailer (Load trailer) with a bent fender and one side of the dovetail broken off completely. It broke the C channel and the reinforcing plate.

We re-welded the joint along with several other factory welds that very little tie in, replaced the reinforcing plate, added flat gusset to each side, and bent the fender out

Customer did not like the way his trailer pulled behind his truck. The angle it sat at, he could not get the full travel out of his suspenion. So we cut the neck completely off and moved it up about 10 inches, added 4” C channel, 1/2 thick gusset plates and rewelded the neck. We fixed a few cracks while we were at it.
