This is an awesome event that one year we won’t have a schedule conflict….eventually!
We’re excited and proud to support this event again in 2026. Charlene was a huge proponent of midget racing in the Midwest and had the privilege of racing with MARA and the Meents family many times.
22nd Annual Charlene Meents Memorial

It’s that time of year again - we have sponsorship opportunities for the 22nd Annual Charlene Meents, including a presenting sponsor. All racing action will once again stream live on Start2Finish.
This year’s event will feature the POWRi National and West Midget Leagues, along with A-Class, Non-Wing, Restricted, and Jr. Sprints. I would love to make this a great event for everyone - racers, teams, and race fans.
This year I am going to once again focus on filling Friday night special awards first, however if you would like to sponsor for Saturday night, we can definitely do that.

Also again this year, the Charlene Meents Memorial will feature Crew gift bags! The guys and girls that keep these cars going night after night deserve some recognition. Drivers get the glory, owners get the checks (and yes, I know those never equal all the bills), and the crew members get the cars that need maintenanced and washed.
I will be putting together a bag for each midget in attendance and will do my best to accommodate teams of all sizes. If anyone would like to help out with cash or items for these bags, all support will be greatly appreciated. I’m super excited to be able to recognize all these guys and girls for the outstanding work they do.
*If you would like to donate an item that you are afraid will not fit in a gift bag, I would love to have 10-15 larger items that we can give away by putting special tickets in random bags. The crew members who get tickets will get to pick from these items. Last year we were able to give away some great items thanks to all of our supporters.
