R & C Roll Grinding is an in-place roll grinding service provider. We custom hone chilled cast iron calender rolls, mill rolls, cushion calenders, roller dies, lab mills and, depending upon your individual equipment type, are able to service other types. Mission accomplished

We recently finished honing a 4-roll Z calender at a Goodyear plant in Mississippi. Our technicians honed the roll profiles to the Pro Mic system. In 2 days, we were able to restore the crowns, improve the roll surfaces and apply a final finish. The result? Gauge readings show a nice, flat sheet at start up. What does this mean?
