Sunday at Waterside Farmer’s Market – A Feast for the Senses

Yesterday was one of those days that reminds me why I love supporting local businesses. The Waterside Farmer’s Market in Lakewood Ranch is more than just a market—it’s a gathering of passionate artisans, chefs, and entrepreneurs who pour everything into what they do.

One of the highlights? Chef Ef’s incredible paella. Watching him work is an experience in itself—every detail, from the way he plates the food to how he carefully secures each to-go container, speaks to his dedication. When someone puts that much care into every step, you just know the food is going to be next-level. And it was.

Another must-stop? Kevin Hobson’s BBQ. Kevin and his father have built Hobson’s Choice BBQ into something special—true, old-school, split-wood-smoked BBQ that you can taste in every bite.
