We’ve been spending time in the shop working on something a little different.

This piece is part of our wall art collection; where design, detail, and craftsmanship come together in a more visual way.

From start to finish, this project went through a full progression:

• raw material selection
• precision carving
• finishing and detail work
• final presentation

Each step matters.

Every line, every cut, every finish is done with intention; bringing the design to life through natural materials and modern craftsmanship.

Another piece coming out of the shop.

This custom carved wall sign was designed and produced using our CNC process and finished by hand to bring out the natural character of the wood.

Over time, I’ve had the opportunity to create a variety of cutting boards and custom pieces for family and friends (see pictures).

Bread slicers.
Custom engravings.

While these aren’t the long-term focus of where CarvD Studio is heading, I’m grateful for every project and every person who trusted me to create something meaningful for them.
