1. Plate Processing Position (Days)
Location: Bonne Terre, MO
Shift: Day Shift (Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM) – 4-Day Work Week!
Starting Pay Range: $20-$26 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain plate processing equipment
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines
• Inspect finished plates for quality and accuracy
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness in the work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
• Experience with plate processing or similar machinery is preferred but not required
• Blueprint reading, CNC plasma, general fabrication skills, and forklift experience are a plus
• Ability to lift 25, 50, and 80 pounds regularly
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be reliable and punctual

2. Night Shift Supervisor (Supervisor Position)
Location: Bonne Terre, MO
Shift: Night Shift (Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM)
Starting Pay Range: $28-$32 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the night shift team in a working supervisor role
• Operate equipment and assist with plate processing as needed
• Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
• Conduct team meetings and provide performance feedback
• Resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift
• Maintain production records and logs
Qualifications:
• Supervisor experience is required
• Blueprint reading, CNC plasma, general fabrication skills, and forklift experience are required
• Microsoft Office experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle pressure
• Ability to lift 25, 50, and 80 pounds regularly
• High school diploma or equivalent

3. Plate Processing Position (Nights)
Location: Bonne Terre, MO
Shift: Night Shift (Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM)
Starting Pay Range: $22-$28 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain plate processing equipment during night shift
• Inspect plates for defects or imperfections
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines
Qualifications:
• Experience with plate processing or similar machinery is preferred but not required
• Blueprint reading, CNC plasma, general fabrication skills, and forklift experience are a plus
• Ability to lift 25, 50, and 80 pounds regularly
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
