Ashley joined Topographic in 2023 with a background in healthcare. Over the past three years, she has mastered payroll processing, reimbursements, and company vehicle leases, all while taking on new responsibilities along the way.

Known for her attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Ashley is always ready to help employees, admin staff, and management with any questions that come up. She's become an integral part of our payroll team, and we're grateful to have her.

We're hiring a Project Administrator in Greenwood Village, CO!

Topographic is looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our civil survey project teams. This role blends administrative coordination with project accounting and controls, working closely with project managers and technical staff on everything from cost tracking to proposal compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project support or project accounting experience, ideally with civil engineering, transportation, or land surveying projects. Experience with CDOT projects and procurement processes is a big plus.

In this role, you'll use ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Trimble Business Center to turn field data into mapping deliverables our clients depend on.

Day-to-day, you'll research public records, prepare legal descriptions and exhibits, build survey base drawings, and help manage our GIS data library.

We're looking for someone with a strong analytical mind, sharp attention to detail, and a working knowledge of survey methodologies.
