Yates-American doesn’t just build lumber machines.

This cut-and-punch-to-length banding machine is fully automatic, producing steel strapping to the selected length with required mounting holes on both sides of the part. Once length and quantity are entered via the touchscreen, the machine runs unattended until the job is complete.

A three-color stack light provides clear status visibility across the shop green for running or completed, yellow for idle, and red when material has run out and the machine is paused. Capable of running lengths up to 40 feet, with an accumulation table that holds hundreds of finished parts.
