This 30x35x14 turned out absolutely amazing, with the perfect combination of enclosed space, covered areas, natural light, storage, workspace, and room to entertain. From the large center section and extended lean tos to the 10 foot porch, every detail was designed with both function and style in mind.
Building features include:
• 30x35x14 center section
• Two 12x35x9 lean tos
• 5/12 roof pitch
• 3x3 cupola
• 1 foot overhangs
• Vertical siding
• Three 9 lite man doors, painted black by the customer
• Seven 24x36 windows
• Two 10x10 black electric roll up doors
• 2 inch fiberglass insulation in the center section and right lean to

• 4/12 roof pitch
• Reflective double-bubble insulation in the roof only
The colors on this building are Burnished Slate for the roof, trim, and wainscoting, with Clay for the siding. Mr. Thompson will be having his own custom overhead doors installed, and we can't wait to see the finished look!
