Help needed! Hello fleece friends, I need help sourcing some class examples. I'm looking for some examples of baa-aa-aad fleeces.

Things I'm looking for -
- fleece with breaks
- second cuts
- inconsistent staple length
- sun-bleached tips
- felting
- scurf
- canary staining or other staining
- mold
- burrs and vm that won't come out
- old crusty lanolin
- guard hair

And yes, some of these things are breed specific or expected in some cases, but I'm looking for the cases where they are undesireable.

I don't need full fleeces, just a few ounces, maybe a 6-12" chunk of fleece, that clearly demonstrate the qualities.

Willing to pay for shipping or do a happy dance for you. DM me if you have some gnarly fleece you'd like to pass my way. This is your chance to be rid of it for good!

Join Kimberly Comstock and Meagan Condon, your local flax experts, for our flax processing class in October!

In this class, we’ll learn about how to prepare flax from field to distaff. We’ll talk about the retting process, learn all of the tools involved, and we’ll have some hands-on experience processing our own flax that we grew here on the farm. Everyone will take home some of the flax we prepare! Bring a sack lunch or something to share and we’ll break bread together at the end of class!
