Every 3D printed part we make, in one place. Nine families, all butt weld or slip fit, all printed in metal.

0.75D tight radius elbows in every size from 1 to 6 in. Compound elbows for S offsets and two plane bends. Straight transitions from 1 to 8 in. 90 degree split Ys, H pipe junctions, cope junctions for laterals and tees, 2 into 1 merges, twin tip splitters and our teardrop twin tips.

316L stainless for exhaust. The elbows and compound elbows also come in aluminum for the cold side (intake and charge pipe).

If you weld fl**ges on a positioner, this is for you.

Brockett Built Fl**ge Welding Fixture. It mounts to your rotary positioner’s 3-jaw chuck, holds the fl**ge dead square, and back purges it from the inside. You spin it under the torch and lay one continuous bead all the way around. No flipping, no re-clamping, no taping foil over the back.

• CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, holds square under heat
• Built-in purge: dual 1/8” NPT ports feed gas right into the joint
• Laser-etched grid to center and square a fl**ge by eye
• Takes 2-bolt (2” to 3.5”), 3-bolt (2.25” to 3.5”), turbo (T3, T4, T6), and V-band 2.5” to 4” with the add-on adapters
• Made in the USA

Exhaust, turbo, intake, intercooler: if there’s a fl**ge on it, this cuts setup time on every one.

Every listing gives you two choices:
Buy the printed part from us, or
Buy the STEP file for $11. The download link comes right after checkout. Upload it to any metal 3D printing service and get your own quote. It’s your file.
STEP files are up for:
0.75D tight radius elbows (316L and aluminum intake designs)
Cope junctions, 45, 60 and 90 degree
2 into 1 merges
Twin tip splitters
Printed parts start at $17 for an elbow. Teardrop twin tips are sold as printed parts only.

Quick update for anyone waiting on headers 🙏

We’re still running about 4–6 weeks out on header timelines right now. Everything is actively being worked on — we haven’t forgotten anybody, and every set is moving through the shop.

Just wanted to be upfront and give everyone a real update instead of leaving you guessing. I know waiting isn’t fun, and I appreciate every one of you being patient while we get these built right.
