The men of Signal 73 putting the VTS to use yet again!

Annapolis Fire Dept recently hosted this Vulka Training System demo! They got to see some of what this prop can do. Thanks again to this awesome group for having me out.

We went through a few VTS configurations:
-Peak roof (with an optional kneewall)
-Flat roof
-Combi roof
-Denver drill

Two VTS props in service for Grit Fire Training LLC at Jimmy Ellis Training Weekend.

The students enjoyed practicing vertical ventilation as one of their skill stations. The guys from Grit used wet hay to produce smoky conditions so the students could see their cuts working and provide real world visibility challenges.
