CityScape is delighted to welcome Jordan Koebler, P.E. to the team as our new Senior Project Engineer!

With 12 years of experience in water resources and roadway engineering consulting across Maryland and Virginia, Jordan brings strong technical expertise in stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and ADA compliance. He’ll be working closely with both our Green Infrastructure and Site Design teams to help advance projects that support more resilient—and more accessible—neighborhoods.

A Baltimore local, Jordan is excited to put his skills to work making a positive impact in the community he calls home.

Happy Thanksgiving from CityScape Engineering!

In this time of giving thanks, our hearts are full of gratitude for the incredible communities, partners, and neighbors we’re honored to work alongside.

From rehabilitated blocks of housing, to lots transformed into vibrant green spaces, to stormwater projects that make our city healthier and more resilient, each effort is rooted in collaboration—and we couldn’t do it without you.

Exciting progress ahead at North Harford Park! After 2+ years of community planning and design, ground has broken on construction of a new splash pad, playground, walking loop, and new state of the art football and baseball field in the park. Phase 2 construction will include the City’s biggest skate park, designed for all ages and levels. All the shout outs to and others for years of persistence and hard work to make this project a reality. CityScape is delighted to be part of the design team, led by , that worked to bring this vision to life.

Forest Park Golf Course is going through some major improvements! We will be reducing flooding through the park through regenerative step pool stormwater conveyance and wet ponds! These features will clean 1.4 MILLION gallons of stormwater and 15 acres of impervious area before reaching Gwynn Falls, south of the park.

Forest Park Golf Course is going through some major improvements! We will be reducing flooding through the park through regenerative step pool stormwater conveyance and wet ponds! These features will clean 1.4 MILLION gallons of Stormwater and 15 acres of impervious area before reaching Gwynn Falls, south of the park - keep it clean! 🙏
