Dellingers Grist Mill Schedule for 2018
Open every Friday and Saturday from May 4 until November 10. Hours are 10:00am until 4:00pm. The mill and acreage around it are on the National Register of Historic places as the last original water powered, stone ground grist mill left in North Carolina. We use the 150+ year old equipment and techniques used by my father, grand father, and the founder my great grandfather Reuben Dellinger in the 1860’s. It produces the very best grits, cornmeal, and polenta which are approved by the USDA, and the NC Dept. of agriculture which are on sale at the mill along with numerous T-Shirt, Hats etc. Tours and admission are free.
