The future of THC beverages is on the line, and we need your help today.
Congress is voting today on a bill to reopen the federal government — and buried inside it is language that would outright ban the creation/sale of h**p-derived THC beverages. Brands like Flying Cloud, Delta, Climbing Kites, Trail Magic, Brez, Daisy's, Cann, Wynk, Cantrip, and so many others are all at risk of being shut down today.
This is not a drill. If this “h**p-killing language” stays in the bill, it could wipe out thousands of American jobs, devastate small businesses, and undo years of progress for h**p farmers and makers across the country.
Senator Rand Paul is proposing an amendment that removes this harmful language, but he needs support from other Senators to make it happen.
We’re asking you to take just a few minutes today to help protect the future of h**p-derived THC beverages.
Here’s what to do right now:
1. Send an email to your Senators and Representatives:

2. Call your Senators:

Once connected, say:
“Hello, my name is [Your Name] from [Your City/State]. I’m calling to ask Senator [Name] to ask Leader Thune to take a h**p ban off the table. H**p supports farmers, jobs, and small businesses in our state and across the country. Thank you for representing our interests and for your leadership on this issue.”
3. Spread the word:
