• Have knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical and HVAC
• Make local service calls and some over the road travel
• Provide technical assistance over the phone
• Must have a friendly and positive outlook
• Must be dependable
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Shipping, receiving and crating duties
• Have computer knowledge
