This Father's Day, we're celebrating our founder, CEO, and most importantly, a father.

For nearly two decades, Morty Hodge has dedicated himself to growing his company from a single vision into today, and expanding to nine cities. All made possible with his hard work, resilience, and unwavering commitment to serve Peace of Mind to the industry, and his team.

Beyond the businesses, Morty is the father of six children, and grandfather to three.
He has always been a man who leads by example, showing us the value of hard work, integrity, and perseverance. Through every challenge and sacrifice, he's been committed to supporting his family and pushing those around him to grow and succeed.
We are incredibly grateful to have strong father and leader.

🔥Today I fired a customer. Yes, you read that right.

As a sales leader and business mentor, I see too many salespeople and organizations accepting abuse because "the customer is always right."

Let me be crystal clear: They're not!

Here's what happened:
A customer repeatedly disrespected our team, challenged our expertise, and tried to treat us like a commodity. Despite proving them wrong at every turn, the disrespect continued.

So I did what many fear to do - I set a boundary.

🎯 The lesson?
You get what you tolerate in business. Full stop.

To every salesperson reading this:

Your expertise has value
Your time has value
Your solutions have value
YOU have value

Stop letting prospects and customers:

Beat you up on price
Disrespect your time
Question your worth
Treat you like a commodity

The moment you accept being treated as a commodity, guess what? You become one.

True story: The best partnerships I've ever built started with mutual respect. The worst? They started with someone trying to establish dominance.

👊 Remember this: It's okay to walk away. Sometimes, saying "no" to a toxic relationship is saying "yes" to your worth.

Leaders: What are you teaching your teams about self-worth? Are you empowering them to stand up for themselves, or are you creating door mats?
