A client of ours has a crane that was inspected and found to have a cracked outrigger housing, as well as some previous welds on the turntable that had re-cracked.

We set up a good time and day, and got to work. Ground out the broken welds, laid some beads, ground those down and added fishplates to prevent further cracking. The outrigger housing was ground out, stacked, and restacked to ensure a long life in service.

💥 Fun Filled Friday💥

One of our clients tri axle equipment hauler needed the axle bracket repaired and reinforced.

Upon inspection, the trailer frame was starting to crack in 4 places. We took care of those before they grew and left them in a bigger bind.
