This position is responsible for the entry of orders with our facilities in Malaysia, follow up on orders, invoices, status, and complaints. It's official, we have a new HOME! It's long overdue, as the old office was way too crowded, but we've moved into our new offices. PMNA recently implemented a new work program to see if we could gain some productivity out of our furry friends. Unfortunately the 1st candidate, Biscuit, will probably be the last. The keyboard posed some challenges, she demanded numerous food breaks, and she did not agree with the full 8 hour work day.
It also happened to be Biscuit's 1st Birthday. Happy Birthday Biscuit!!!

Good News! After petitioning the Malaysian government and receiving exemptions to the country wide shut down, our Malaysian mills are now operating at 100%. Our team members are doing a great job maintaining distance, utilizing proper safety gear, and sterilizing their work environment to ensure good health and safety. We'd like to say thank you to our overseas partners for their hard work and dedication!

While we hope the COVID-19 situation improves quickly, our amazing teams at PMNA and the mills overseas are diligently working to mitigate any negative impact on production or transportation of our orders. We're also minimizing risk to our sales team and customers by cutting back on air travel for the foreseeable future. We have yet to experience any major delays, and look forward to making it through the situation without having to implement drastic measures...
