First of all, thank you for following our page!
Here are a few things you need to know about how we run our estate sales:
● Absolutely no pre-sales whatsoever.
● The sale address will be posted the day before the sale begins. If you need a general idea of the area, please feel free to contact us.
● We do not disclose prices before the sale. We are often still pricing items right up until the day before the sale starts, and with hundreds or even thousands of items, it is difficult to remember every price.
● Our posted opening time is the opening time. If the sale starts at 9:00 AM, that means 9:00 AM — not 8:30 or 8:50. In some situations, the sale may run later, but it will never open earlier than posted.
● We do not hand out numbers or create lists for early arrivals. It is solely the responsibility of customers who arrive early to create and manage their own list. In some situations, especially with multiple locations on a property, we may create multiple lines.
● If you cannot attend the sale, you may contact us to make arrangements. Please note that nothing can be sold until 30 minutes after opening. Some exclusions may apply.
● Forms of payment accepted: all major credit cards and debit cards, including tap to pay, Apple Pay, Cash App, and cash. No checks, please.
