Comprent will support entries in Spec Racer Ford (SRF3), Formula Enterprises (FE2), Prototype 1, including Franklin Furtrelle – #7 – FE2, Todd Vanacore – #19 – Prototype, Clay Russell – #31 – SRF3, Todd Vanacore – #119 – SRF3, Paul Schneider – #73 – FE2
A History of Runoff Success 🏆
Comprent’s Runoffs story spans decades—from Joseph Hamilton’s breakthrough podium in 1989 and National Championship in 1990, to modern-era titles across multiple classes. In recent years the team has captured SRF Gen3 National Championships in 2015, 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2023, plus a 2023 Prototype 1 National Championship with Todd Vanacore, and a FE2 Runoffs Championship in 2022 with Bailey Monette as well as an FE2 Runoffs runner-up in 2023 with Franklin Futrelle.
Why Road America matters 📍
At 4.048 miles with high-speed sectors and heavy-braking zones like Canada Corner, Road America rewards cars that put power down cleanly and stay stable over long stints. Expect SRF3 to be the draft chess match it always is, and FE2/P1 to hinge on braking consistency and exit traction through the Kettle Moraine elevation changes.
