Let's talk about compliance. ✅

It's important to remember this during your compliance period to ensure your coverage stays intact: Use your CPAP at least 4 hours per night for 21 out of 30 consecutive days.

We know this period can be difficult for some, but always remember that our team is here to help when you need it most. Check out these few tips to help you stay on track!

Looking for a travel CPAP machine? 🔎

Here's a recommendation we have!

💙 AirMini™

This travel CPAP machine weighs less than 1 pound, and it includes multiple therapy modes such as CPAP, AutoSet, and AutoSet For Her. Tiny but mighty, it has features like “AutoRamp,” which gradually increases your pressure as you fall asleep, and “Expiratory Pressure Relief,” which reduces pressure as you exhale to improve comfort. It also offers control settings via the AirMini™ smartphone app.

There is one catch: the Resmed AirMini™ is only compatible with certain Resmed CPAP masks, specifically their AirTouch and AirFit series, but there are several options available, including full-face masks, nasal masks, and nasal pillow masks.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and if you didn’t know already — poor sleep isn’t just a symptom of mental health struggles. Poor mental health can also lead to sleep problems. The two often go hand in hand and can impact each other in ways many people don’t realize.

Anxiety, stress, depression, and burnout can make it harder to fall asleep, stay asleep, or feel rested. At the same time, ongoing sleep issues can affect mood, focus, energy levels, and overall mental well-being. It can become a cycle that’s difficult to break without support.

If you’ve been struggling with fatigue, restless sleep, loud snoring, or waking up feeling exhausted, it may be worth talking to your doctor or getting your symptoms checked out. In some cases, conditions like sleep apnea may be contributing to the problem.

The good news is that there are solutions available, and treatment can make a meaningful difference in both sleep quality and overall health. If you’re diagnosed with sleep apnea, we can help connect you with insurance-covered treatment options and supplies.

If you're seeing any of these signs, it's time to reevaluate your sleep health.

Ask yourself:
❓ What's keeping me from a good night's sleep?
❓ Are there any habits that are contributing to my lack of quality sleep?
❓ Is keeping my current habits worth compromising a healthy mind for?

Better sleep sometimes starts with self-accountability. The moment you begin to address what needs to be addressed, the sooner you'll be finding yourself waking up in a better mood, with more energy, and ready to conquer the day ahead.

Your sleep affects everything — your energy, focus, mood, and health. If something feels off, don’t wait to get your symptoms checked out. And if you’re diagnosed with sleep apnea, we’re here to help with insurance-covered treatment options. Visit https://aeroflowsleep.com/qualify-through-insurance?utm_source=organic_social_media&utm_medium=facebook&utm_campaign=23889_organic_social_media&utm_content=web for more info.
