I am SO excited to be looking for an HR Generalist to join my team at Nelson Global! 🙌

We have an exciting opportunity ahead as we prepare to open a new plant, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be right there from the beginning—helping establish a strong culture, support our frontline employees, and build HR processes that make a difference from inception forward.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting our safety programs, partnering with frontline teams, and helping create a workplace where employees feel supported, heard and set up for success.

✔️ Brings consistency, energy and a solutions-focused mindset
✔️ Has HR experience in a manufacturing environment (a big plus!)
✔️ Has experience recruiting skilled labor (another big plus!)
✔️ Understands the employee life cycle from recruitment through engagement
✔️ Has safety experience
