Tri-State Fertilizer Equipment was founded in 1989 when Denny and Deb Cain started a parts supply for dealers and users of fertilizer and chemical equipment in Anna, Ohio. While re-purposing used equipment and distributing several lines of fertilizer equipment, Tri-State expanded their business into manufacturing their own line of equipment: Spray King!
