I believe setting the proper motor minimus to be one of the most important steps in getting the balancing bot to work correctly. With my small bot it was even more critical because the weaker motors couldn't catch up if there were any delays.

This just in, our new Arc Controller version 3 circuit boards are in! We have added loads of functionality to our motor controller USB to Serial for easy programming and debugging is just the beginning. Stay tuned for more!
