We add a good amount of cable ties to leave the install looking as if it was factory installed equipment. We also add service loops to keep work clean and serviceable in the future. One of the most common frases we hear is "you have used a lot of cable ties" and if you look at the before photo, equipment added by another company prior did not have any cable management, leaving wires hanging and getting pinched by the hinges on the door. We have cleaned up those wires as well, to not have our customer deal with inevitable failure due to a wire that would've been cut eventually.

P.S. We did cut off the excess of the cable ties, but we did not end up taking a picture of it.

We work hard to ensure your kids are getting to school and back safely and if any sort of incident happens on the bus, there is a system in place to have a video of it. Installations we are performing right now are DriveCam cameras on brand new 2020 Internation buses fleet.

While many might not be flexible with their service hours, we will do everything in our power to accommodate our clients. It is understood that putting a fleet of school busses out of commission on a week day during normal business hours is unacceptable and we ensure to service these vehicles outside of their normal use schedule.

6pm-4am only, considering these vehicles arrive starting 5pm and start leaving at 4am. These nuances are considered prior to scheduling work hours with the client and we are usually able to accommodate.

Current installations are DriveCam camera systems. 103 vehicles total.

When we come to service vehicles, we make sure to redo the wiring if it is not up to our standards. While the poke and wrap was the reason the unit was not reporting and the customer considers poke and wrap acceptable, we do not elect to use it. In this case the original wiring job was the issue.

Original install did not have any exposed wires under the tape, therefore not giving any power. On top of that, the connection was placed on the circuit that would end up drawing too much power and overloading it.

Install was done in a 2017 Volvo Tractor and now the gps unit is functional and reporting as it should.
