Primary Objective: To meet customer’s expectations and requirements by producing all parts requiring programming, complex tooling and setups while meeting or exceeding standards for quality, productivity, and safety.
Job Duties:
Follow all quality procedures and achieve line of sight requirements while assisting others in achieving theirs.
Sets a positive example for others by focusing on productivity, added value, through-put, and profits on all jobs.
Plans own work to make efficient use of time and skills.
Inspects own work to established process.
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance as requested.
Meets safety and exceptional 5S practices.
Able to work within a team.
Promote continuous improvement within the department.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
