Your health isn’t an expense.
It’s an investment.
Every day you’re counting something.
You can count the excuses:
• I’m too tired
• I don’t have time
• The kids need me
• The house is a mess
• I’ll start Monday
OR… you can count the reasons 👇
• I want more patience with my kids
• I want energy at the end of the day
• I want to feel strong in my own body
• I want to show Aubs strong > skinny
• I want to be a present wife for Matt, not an exhausted one
Most days, my “workout” isn’t pretty.
It’s 20–30 minutes in my garage.
Chritian workout playlist. Old leggings. Bikes and toys everywhere.
Sometimes ugly reps. Sometimes zero motivation.
But here’s what I know for sure:
When I take that small pocket of time to lift…
I show up as a better mom.
A more patient wife.
A woman who feels grounded instead of depleted.
I’m not chasing perfection.
I’m building a future version of me that’s strong enough to handle it all.
Because one day, you’ll either pay with discipline…
or you’ll pay with regret.
And I’m choosing to invest — even when it’s messy, even when it’s hard, even when it’s just 20 minutes. 💥
