Wukawa Forged Aluminum Alloy Sportbike universal wheel system allows the user to mount the wheel from one brand or model to another model using specific carrier adapters. The aggressively styled Wukawa design is machined from forged aerospace aluminum for increased strength. Sizes: 12"x2.75 / 12"x3.0 / 12"x3.25

Material: AL-6061 for wheel, AL-7075 for carrier adapters. Forge process: 8000 tons hydraulic forging machine. Anodizing: Available for various anodizing color and UV protection can direct sunlight at least 3 years
Carrier adapter: Accept request for various brand, model and year. Those adapters are made by AL-7075 high strength forged alloy blank. Computer simulation: Take advantage of CAE software which is common used in engineering application. Wukawa's wheels are designed and analyzed to ensure the forging process and production wheels meet the demand criteria for rotary strength, radial strength, lateral impact and torsion test. Laboratory test: Acknowledged by international accredit Lab, a series of test has carried out for function dynamic cornering fatigue, dynamic radial fatigue, lateral impact, torsion test, air leak, mechanical(tensile, yield, elongation), chemistry(material composition), hardness and environment(salt spray, CASS, flying stone resistance, water and oil resistance, thermo shock)

我們是使用航太用鍛鋁來增加強度，獨特的環保概念，Wukawa的鍛造鋁合金重機輪圈是對應日本4大車系鍛圈共用,使用專屬車種轉接座安裝輪圈，不同車種可轉換到另一個車款。這種使消費者換車不需要重新更換鍛圈，換車只要換轉接座仍可繼續使用鍛造輪圈，也為地球盡一份心力。

鍛造過程：8000噸油壓鍛造機。
表面處理：陽極各種顏色,可抗UV紫外線陽光直接曝曬最少3年不退色。
轉接座.套管：可適用日本4大車係品牌，有型號和年份的要求，轉接座是用AL-7075高強度鍛造鋁合金鍛胚製作
電腦機模擬：這是在工程應用中使用的通用CAE的優勢。
車輪設計和分析，以確保鍛造製程和生產車輪符合旋轉強度，徑向強度，橫向衝擊和扭轉試驗需求標準。
實驗室測試：由國際認可的實驗室，一系列功能（動態彎道疲勞，動態徑向疲勞，橫向衝擊，扭轉試驗，漏氣）進行測試確認，機械(抗拉強度，彎曲，拉長)，化學(物質組成)，硬度和環境(鹽霧，CASS，飛來石阻力，耐水和耐油性，熱衝擊)
