*** CCS Testing Update ***

Road testing has started on our EK9. We have been testing several pad compositions, including both ccb-friendly pads and regular low-metallic pads (e.g Pagid RSL 29)

Results so far have been as expected, with braking performance within 80% of our CCM's. As these are primarily "Street Discs", we have increased the Silicon Carbide ratio for increased durability/damage resistance. This results in slightly less friction/bite compared to our CCM's.

We can also now confirm the initial disc sizes that will be produced and the MSRP pricing:

MSRP - US$700 per disc ($1400/pair)
280x28mm (Suitable for Honda 4x100)
290x28mm (Suitable for Honda 5x114.3)
322x28mm (Porsche 964/993 OE Size)
326x30mm (Toyota GT86/GR86 and Subaru WRX STi/BRZ OE Size)
330x28/30/32mm

For an example of weight savings, our 290x28mm discs weigh only 3.2kg including bell. An OE Honda EK9 disc weighs approx. 5.5kg

350x28/34mm (Suitable for Focus ST/RS)
360x28/32mm
380x28/30/34mm
390x32mm
410x36mm

For an example of weight savings, our 360x32mm discs weigh only 5.6kg including bell. An OE Porsche 996 disc weighs approx. 8.5kg

All discs INCLUDE a custom made-to-order bell, so you can specify exactly what pcd/offset/thickness you require.

For pads, we have an ever-expanding range of our CCB-Friendly pads for a wide range of OE and Aftermarket 4-Pot and 6-Pot calipers.

ETA for the initial batches of the above sizes will be around 2-3 months. If you would like to save some money, please contact us to pre-order your fitment in advance and we will offer you a special discount!

Dyno testing done, now for road testing! These will be going on our EK9 very shortly.

All things going to plan, we should have our initial batches of CCS discs ready for market within the next few months. Yup, finally, a full Carbon Ceramic brake setup at a similar cost to a high-performance Iron brake setup! Pricing TBC, but target MSRP is < $1000 per disc.

Stage 1: 290-330mm Sizes. These will be suitable for the majority of JDM/Euro cars with 15"/16"/17" wheels. 4-Pot calipers WILL be required

Stage 2: 350-410mm Sizes. These will be suitable for the majority of modern JDM/Euro cars with 18"+ wheels. 4-Pot/6-Pot calipers WILL be required

As the initial batches will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis, for those of you whom like to plan your upgrades early, please get in touch with us ASAP to secure a spot on our production list. We will be offering the initial batches at "Special Pricing" to customers who pre-order
