Titreşimli Elek makinemizin üretim ve test süreçlerini başarıyla tamamlayarak sevkiyatını gerçekleştirdik.

⚙️ CSB Titreşimli elekler, malzemelerin farklı ebat kategorilerine ayrılması amacıyla 2, 3 ve 4 katlı seçenekleriyle imal edilmektedir. Özel rulmanlarla yataklanmış eksantrik mil ve ağırlık sistemi vasıtasıyla dairesel titreşim prensibiyle çalışır. Tasarımında yer alan geniş kat aralıkları, hızlı tel gergi sistemi ve opsiyonel raylı ön oluk mekanizması sayesinde elek teli değişim süreleri minimuma indirilmiştir. Gövdeyi üç taraftan çevreleyen platform yapısı ise bakım ve müdahale kolaylığı sunmaktadır.

⚙️CSB Vibrating screens are manufactured with 2, 3, or 4 deck options to classify materials into different size categories. Driven by an eccentric shaft and counterweight system supported by heavy-duty bearings, they operate on the circular motion principle. Screen mesh replacement downtime is minimized thanks to spacious deck clearances, a quick-tensioning system, and an optional sliding front discharge chute. Furthermore, a walkway platform surrounding three sides of the housing ensures safe and convenient maintenance access.

Helezon Yıkayıcıları, özellikle dere yatağından elde edilen malzemelerdeki toprak, kil ile kırılımı 0-5 mm’lik kırma taşının malzemesi içerisindeki yabancı maddeleri ayırmak için tercih edilen makinalardır.
