Conformément aux dernières dispositions règlementaires et recommandations sanitaires du gouvernement français face à la situation exceptionnelle en raison du Covid-19, nous vous informons que :
- Réduction des effectifs : seules les personnes nécessaires à la continuité du service minimal sont maintenues dans les locaux
- Notre boutique de vente parisienne et espace showroom sont fermés au public jusqu’à nouvel ordre
- L’accueil physique de notre service après-vente à Paris est fermé mais peut être joint, soit par téléphone (+33.(0)1.55.25.24.04) soit par mail ([email protected]).
Toute nouvelle demande de maintenance devra être validée par téléphone ou mail avant envoi/dépôt.
Tout enlèvement de réparations déposées avant 13 mars 2020, devra être validée par téléphone ou mail.
- A Pau, l’atelier de fabrication de perches et les services administratifs restent, pour l’instant opérationnels.
- Horaires d’ouverture modifiés : lundi au vendredi de 10h30 à 17h30

In accordance with the latest regulatory provisions and health recommendations of the French government relative to the exceptional situation entailed by COVID-19, we inform you that:
- Workforce reduction: only the people necessary for the continuity of the minimum service are kept on the company's premises
- Our Parisian store and showroom are closed to the public until further notice.
- The physical reception of our after-sales service in Paris is closed but can be reached, either by phone (+33.(01).55.25.24.04) or by email ([email protected]).
Any new maintenance request must be confirmed by phone or email before sending / deposit.
Any removal of repairs deposited before March 13, 2020, must be confirmed by phone or email.
- In Pau, the boompoles workshop and the administrative services remain operational for the time being.
- Modified opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m

OR try HOLD DOWN AGAIN ARM BUTTON.

* REMEMBER ALWAYS remove first all card (CF/SD)
* Always CF card is backup
* SD card is daily use.
SD is not trustable. For daily use of CF card is damage to CF card pins.
