We should deepen our sense of solidarity and cooperation even more by acting with the understanding that we must take precautions when faced with adversity and calamity.
We must avoid all forms of negligence and carelessness and adhere to the principles of health and cleanliness to the greatest extent possible for the sake of our own and others' health and peace.
We should make an effort to solve the problems of the less fortunate people who require our attention and to turn their troubles into joy by being their relatives, especially during this Eid al-Adha and pandemic times.
Sacrifice represents love, loyalty, and self-devotion.
We at Tuah Solutions wish you Eid Mubarak, Bayramınız Kutlu olsun!

What Makes Malaysia Unique?🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾

We're all 'One Malaysia' in our hearts, no matter how different we might be.

Yes, of course, we compete and argue with each other most of the time, as every family member always does, but as we have proven over and over again, when we are away from 'home', away from our tropical shores and sky, away from 'family', we realize the commonality in us, our common spirit and soul.

We often find a way to coexist with each other through mutual respect and tolerance. One thing for sure, come rain or shine our wonderful foods always bring us together.

Happy 57th Malaysia Day!

3 Facts You Need to Know about Malaysia’s Former PM, Tun Mahathir Work Trip to Turkey.

Former Prime Minister of Malaysia Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad spent four days in Turkey in 2019 and met with Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

1. Bolstering Economy

Firstly, Turkey and Malaysia have a substantial interest in promoting their relationship, and they want to do it via long-term economic investment, concentrating on the defense sector.

2. Unity of the Muslim people

Secondly, as both countries are overwhelmingly Muslim — and are headed by leaders known for their outspoken rejection of the Western-dominated world order — they appear ready to express demands for joint action. That came in the form of an appeal for Muslim unity during this particular visit.

3. Geopolitical Considerations

The two countries have good geopolitical justification for expanding cooperation. Turkey is undergoing extreme volatility in relations with its Western allies and is seeking to diversify its foreign policy portfolio while forming alliances with countries such as Russia and China.

Turkey’s objective is not to substitute one powerful partner with another dominant partner, but to prevent heavy dependence on one party; that is why it makes perfect sense to have more friends in Asia, rather than relying on China alone.

Malaysia has been one of the three main trading partners of Turkey within ASEAN (those being Indonesia and Thailand), and as the organization's sectoral dialogue partner Turkey finds an interest in having close friends within ASEAN.
On the other hand, for Malaysia, Turkey provides not only a huge market but also a bridge through Europe and a strong foundation in the Middle East.

As a Malaysian business based in Turkey, Tuah Inc is pleased to welcome these initiatives in line with our goal of enhancing bilateral relations for both sovereign nations.

Economic relations, and defense industry ties are at the forefront, but can this partnership also pave the way to greater unity in the Muslim world?

MALAYSIAN OWNED AIRPORT IN ISTANBUL

Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (ISG) Airport, the second largest airport in Turkey and one of the busiest single-runway airports in the world, many do not realize that the airport is neither owned nor managed by the Turks.

The airport is named after one of the country's female aviation pioneers, a Turkish historical figure, but it is owned and operated by a Southeast Asian company: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB).

The ISG Airport was taken over entirely by MAHB in 2014 and witnessed its operations. In 2018, there were 34.1 million passengers traveling through the airport. Recently in 2019, former Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir visited ISG Airport.

The bilateral relationship between Malaysia and Turkey is a very promising one.

Since the 15th century, countries have been interacting with each other, and their country's leaders are also engaged in bilateral relations.

There are a number of obstacles that could undermine these relations, from domestic issues to regional as well as global challenges.

However, as time passes, we hope that Malaysia and Turkey will continue to work together to promote a positive example of moderate-democratic Islam to their global audience.

Turkey as a newly industrialized country offers many opportunities as Turkey is one of the largest regional manufacturers and producers in a number of sectors such as agro-food, automotive, defense & aerospace, energy, infrastructure, machinery, mining & metals, textiles and many more. Some see Turkey as Malaysia's diplomatic and economic gateway to Europe, with Malaysia becoming Turkey's entry point to the Asia-Pacific region. Having said that, we aim to pursue various initiatives to strengthen economic cooperation between the two countries as well as to look for emerging markets in different regions.
