As RMA Sistem and Snop Metal, we’ve achieved another significant milestone in industrial success by 100% localizing Nut welding fixtures!
Together with Snop Metal, we redesigned the Nut welding fixtures, originally produced and used in France, to be fully localized. This redesign offers higher durability and efficiency than the original, providing substantial improvements in production processes. 🇹🇷 These high-heat and vibration-resistant fixtures allow the addition of welding nuts onto metal parts, ensuring secure fastening of bolts and other connection elements. 🔩
Eight fixtures have been successfully implemented at the Snop Metal site, contributing to the production and significantly enhancing connection quality. 💪🏼

RMA Sistem ve Snop Metal olarak, Nut kaynak fikstürlerini %100 yerlileştirerek sanayi alanında önemli bir başarıya daha imza attık!
Fransa’da daha önce üretilen ve kullanılan Nut kaynak fikstürlerini Snop Metal ile birlikte yeniden tasarlayarak %100 yerlileştirdik. Bu yeniden tasarım, orijinaline göre daha yüksek dayanıklılık ve verimlilik sağlayarak üretim süreçlerinde önemli bir iyileşme sunuyor. 🇹🇷 Yüksek ısı ve titreşime dayanıklı bu fikstürler, metal parçaların üzerine kaynak somunları ekleyerek. Bu sayede, vidaların ve diğer bağlantı elemanlarının sağlam bir şekilde sabitlenmesini sağlıyor. 🔩
8 adet fikstür Snop Metal sahasında başarıyla devreye alındı ve üretime katkı sağlamaya başladı. Bu sayede bağlantı kalitesi önemli ölçüde iyileştirildi. 💪🏼
